  15. Make ready 1 small can of brown puy lentils, drained and rinsed
  16. Get 1 small jar of asian type mushrooms in oil of preference
  17. Take 15 curry leafs
  18. Prepare 1 green chilli chopped
  19. Take 300 ml coconut milk
  20. Get 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala

Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and bay leaf and sauté it for a minutes on medium flame till you get nice aroma.
