  4. Place in pressure cooker or Idli steamer. Close with lid without whistles. Steam for 15 minutes. Let the steam escape before opening the lid.
  5. Heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds as splutter add curry leaves and chopped green chillies pieces. Pour this tadka on each Idli dhokla.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Idli dhoklas with coriander-mint chutney.
