  1. Sabse pehle ek pan me thora butter dale.usme lamba cuta onion,tomato, cashew,thora salt,bay leaf,green elaichi,laung dal kar thora water add karein.medium flame par 5-7 minutes tak pakaye.thanda kar ke khare masala nikal kar mixy me grind kar le.
  2. Ab ek kadahi me butter dale.garam hone par grind ki puree dale.ginger,garlic paste dale.3-4 saute karein.ab inme salt aur sbhi spices dale.softly hand se 2-3 minutes pakaye.
  3. Flame ko low karein.ab isme fresh cream dale.softly hand se mix karein.
  4. Ab isme boil egg dale.gently mix karein.lid lagakar 3-4 minutes tak pakaye.
  5. Serving plate me dale.garnishing ke liye capsicum dale.roti ya nan ke sath garam serve karein.
