  2. In a pot heat ghee and fry onions until golden brown
  3. Now add marinated chicken and bhoonify it
  4. Add Ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and remaining yoghurt again bhoonify it
  5. Add 1 cup water cover and cook until chicken is tender
  6. Now add kasuri methi and garam masala powder put it on dum for 5min
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies

Railway chicken curry The chicken pieces were marinated and boiled before hand. The gravy was cooked separately and then the chicken pieces were simmered in it.
