Take a smaller advi leaf and put a batter on it and roll it. And make vita. Now let this Vita steam for 20-2 minutes in Dhoklia. After cooling, make pieces from it. Now deep fry these pieces in hot oil.
- To make Vaal ni daal subji, take oil in a cooker. Add mustard seeds to it. Add green chillies, garlic and a little water. Now add turmeric, red chilli, salt and sugar and mix. cook on low heat in the cooker.
- To make Panchkutiyu vegetable, deep fry yam, sweet potato, potato pieces. Now mix all the ingredients of spices in a bowl. Now take oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, chilli paste and saute. Add spices. After one minute, add boiled eggplant, papdi, water and let it rise. Then add sweet potatoes, yam, potatoes and mix. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Mori dal, rice and Gujarati kadhi, first for kadhi put curd, water and chickpea flour in a deep bowl and grind. Now put all the remaining ingredients in it and bring to boil on gas. Now put ghee in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, cloves, curry leaves, dried red chilli. boil the rice in the cooker. For Mori Dal, steam Tuvar Dal then add salt, turmeric and water and bring to boil for 2 minutes
- To make puri, knead wheat flour. Make round small puris. Now deep fry the small puri.
- Now put everything in a plate and serve with salad, papad, moriya, chutney.
