  1. Make ready 1 cup Rice flour
  2. Make ready 1 cup little soured buttermilk
  3. Make ready 2 cups water

  5. Prepare 1 tsp Asafoetida
  6. Prepare Seasoning:
  7. Take 4-5 curry leaves
  8. Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds,
  9. Take 1 tbsp urad dal,
  10. Take 1tbsp jeera,
  11. Get 5 5 curd dried chillies (we call it as thayir molaghai) or 5 dried red chillies & curry leaves
  12. Take 5 tbsp Gingili oil

More than me my bro is great fan of this. We call it mor koozh, and we eat it as such without pouring in a plate. Just in a koozh (which means a non sticky thick porridge kind) form so we call it koozh. Food at summer time needs to be easily digestible, comforting should be healthy as well.

Instructions to make Mor Koozh:
  1. First mix rice flour in buttermilk and add water, salt and Asafoetida
  2. Take a pan / kadai and pour Gingili oil..add the given ingredients for seasoning..when everything splutters add the rice batter which is watery.
  3. Keep on stirring it with spatula…If you want, you can add 2 more tablespoon of Gingili oil at this time..After 5 mts, the batter wl flow like a ball leaving the sides of the pan…If you want to check if the batter is ready, just dip your hand in water and touch the batter..It will not stick in your hand..It means it's ready.
  4. Take it out, pour it in a plate and now it's ready to eat…There is no side dish for this..Since you have added mor molaghai it will be very tasty…If you feel like, you can have this with any pickles.
