  3. Take a mixer and add coconut, cumin seeds,green chilli and make a fine paste.Add the paste to the boiling gravy and mix well.keep it on low flame for 2 min and switch it off.
  4. Take a pan and heat oil add the mustard seed, red chillies and curry leaves.Pour the tadka to the gravy and serve hot.
  5. Note:You can add 2 pinch of roasted fenugreek powder to the gravy to enhance the taste.
