  8. Prepare 1 cup tomato ketchup

This immensely popular South Indian appetizer is made by marinating & frying chicken bites coated with flour, curry leaves and spices. There are a lot of variations to this dish. I like to serve it as a starter but it also makes a great snack. The spicy and crispy chicken pieces are to die for.

Instructions to make Chicken 65:
  1. Take boneless chkn cut into cubes..marinate ginger garlic paste to it..now take a grinder jar add curd,cashew nuts and tomato grind it into smooth paste
  2. Take oil in a pan add jeera add curry leaves,green chillies saute now add marinated chkn tak it..and slighlty saute
  3. Add tomato ketchup mix well now add the curd mixture to it and saute,add salt mix it well..
  4. Add very little water and cook on slow flame..it's done serve with paratha or chapatis❣

I like to serve it as a starter but it also makes a great snack. The spicy and crispy chicken pieces are to die for. An optional extra is to stir in red chilli sauce to finish it all off. To make a dry version, you need chicken, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilies, black pepper, yogurt & salt. In a bowl, mix yogurt, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder.
