Serve lamb curry with rice or naan or any bread. First, boil the mutton in a pressure cooker with salt and turmeric and then proceed with the next step. The main ingredients that adds more flavour to the dish is panda leaf, coconut milk & curry masala powder. And also mutton curry pieces with bones tastes delicious for this dish.

  1. Wash mutton pieces and mix all marination ingredients,marinate mutton and keep in frize for 8 hours max.
  2. Next day prepare gravy,heat ghee,add whole spices,now mix ginger,garlic, tomato puree and cook along all powder spices
  3. Now cook it.
  4. Now add pinch of colour,mutton and water to set consistency
  5. Keep cooking by cover it and cook till mutton get soft and serve.
