  1. Heat the pan add oil and ghee add whole garam masala stir add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell evaporate add onion fry till golden brown in Colour
  2. Take a bowl add 3 tbsp water to this add chilli powder coriander powder turmeric and garam masala mix well make paste add this to onion stir well add salt sauté for 2 minutes add curry leaves stir add tomato purée mix well and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes
  3. After 5 minutes add cashew paste mix well add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done tasty and rich chicken curry is ready serve with naan chapati or with white rice by thank you happy cooking
