  5. Add cooked dal,water,salt,kitchen king masala,and dal to a boil.last add lemon juice,and coriander,mix well.
  6. Tempering,hai eat oil in a pan,add chopped garlic,chopped adalah,dry chilli and fry garlic turns brown.
  7. Pour the tempering over the dal.
  8. Dal Takda is ready.
  9. Rice,soak the rice for 30- minutes. Heat 3-cups water till it come to a boil.,add rice,salt,oil,simmer the rice on a low flame.drain the water and keep the cooked rice
  10. Heat ghee in a pan,add cuminseeds,
  11. Seeds crackle add rice,salt,and 2- tbsp water,and add coriander.
