  1. In a pan add oil then add mustard seeds and curry leave. Saute it for 1min and add chopped onion.
  2. Add cauliflower first then add salt Turmeric powder and black pepper powder.fry it for a while then add the rest of all veggies.
  3. Now soak the chura in water for 3-4 minutes,drain the water and add it to the pan.Fry it for 5 more minutes then garnish it with Chopped Coriander leaves and ½ tbs of lemon juice.You can add Tomato sauce if you want.
