In large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and additional vinegar if desired.   5. After some time add first milk and off the flame. Don't bring boil in the milk otherwise it will be curdle.
  6. Serve with Appam.
