  18. Make ready 1 bunch coriander leaves
  19. Prepare 1 tsp Kasturi methi

Steps to make Kadai cauliflower:
  1. Take a big pan add oil to it..add zeera,onion..cook for a while add green chillies,curry leaves,maggi cube(optional) and ginger garlic paste saute well..add capsicum,tomato,potato mix well add masalas(red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powderand coriander powder) cook for a while add little water then add chopped cauliflwer to it..close the lid and cook,add some fresh coriander leaves..
  2. Once it's done..take out in serving bowl and sprinkle some crushed kasturi methi..ready to serve with chapati😋
