  18. Get 1 tbsp : ginger & garlic paste
  19. Get 1 tsp : coriander powder

  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp : turmeric powder
  22. Prepare 1 tsp : salt
  23. Take 1 tsp : red chilli powder
  24. Prepare 1/2 tsp : garam masala powder
  25. Get 1/4 tsp : baiyan
  26. Make ready 3 : green chilli
  27. Make ready 5 : boiled eggs for garnishing
  28. Get : fresh coriander handful
  29. Prepare 1 cup : oil

  1. To make kofta: - - 1: mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside.
  2. 2: heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
  3. 3: then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix,badiya powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. 4: now add water 3 to 4 cups, wait for a boil on high flame.
  5. 5: add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes.
  6. 6: then add fresh coriander, green chilli mix.

  8. 8: serve hot. - with naan,chapati
