  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp curry powder/tumeric powder
  14. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  16. Get 1 tsp cumin powder
  17. Prepare to taste Salt

  5. Add the mince meat fry it for 2-3 minutes till color slightly changes
  6. Add blended tomatoes, cover and simmer till they are cooked and almost dry and signs of oil separating are visible on the sides, oil rises up.
  7. Add yoghurt and salt to your liking.
  8. Check on the potatoes to see if cooked, if you like lots of stew you can add some water and boil for a few minutes
  9. Sprinkle some garam masala over the top and lemon juice squeeze.
  10. Give it a quick mix and serve as preferred!
