  6. Add chili powder, curry powder. Stir & mix well. Let it cook until meat well cooked & oil separates from gravy. Add water of needed.

Add the diced pork, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for about an hour. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Transfer the pork to the slow.
