Serve lamb curry with rice or naan or any bread. First, boil the mutton in a pressure cooker with salt and turmeric and then proceed with the next step. The main ingredients that adds more flavour to the dish is panda leaf, coconut milk & curry masala powder. And also mutton curry pieces with bones tastes delicious for this dish.

  1. First of all wash mutton properly with water.
  2. Meanwhile take a mixer jar add,red chillies,onion,cardamom,cloves,dalchini,mustard seeds,onion,ginger,garlic and make a fine paste of all this.
  3. Now add turmeric powder and salt,ready paste in mutton mix well and marinate it for 20 mins.
  4. Now take a cooker heat up oil in it add marinated mutton,mutton masala add some water and pressure cook it till 11 whistles.
  5. Now in a pan add oil,once oil is hot then add tejpatta and then add pressure cooked mutton add some salt and mix well.
  6. Add some water and cook it for 5 minutes.Mutton curry is ready.
