  8. Take 1/2 tsp meat masala
  9. Take 1/2 tsp sukha dhaniya

Serve lamb curry with rice or naan or any bread. First, boil the mutton in a pressure cooker with salt and turmeric and then proceed with the next step.   1. Wash mutton.Boil mutton with lil salt.1 whistle on high. 25 mins on sim.
  2. Heat oil in kadai, add onions. Saute till dark brown.churn them to a smooth paste.
  3. Churn tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic to a smooth paste.
  4. In same oil and kadai,add kasoori methi and red chilli powder followed by onion tomato paste
  5. Mix nicely and add all spices
  6. Saute till masala leaves the oil. Add boiled mutton with it's stock.
  7. Cover and Cook fr another 20 mins on sim. Garnish with fresh coriander.Serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
