Drop the batter with the help of a spoon (or use your fingers) in the oil. To it, even add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, saute until raw flavour is gone. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook it on a slow flame until the tomatoes are mashed. Hot paratha scooped with this curry is a pure delight.

Steps to make Pakodi Curry:
  1. To the gram flour, add salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Whisk it for 2minutes. On a skillet add ghee. And pour the pakodi with spoon. Turn it and cook it. And repeat the process.
  2. For curry, mix curd and gram flour. Whisk it so that no lumps may occur. Add 11/2 litre of water. Allow the pan to heat on high flame. Stir fry it continuously till a boil comes. Now boil it till it remains half
  3. For seasoning, add asafoetida, mustard and cumin. Add chilli paste to it. Now add curry and mix it. Add salt to it. Add the pakodis and allow it boil. Garnish with coriander.

Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook it on a slow flame until the tomatoes are mashed. Hot paratha scooped with this curry is a pure delight.
