  3. Now add besan mix adding turmeric powder give it a good mix and stir, add red chilli powder mix again and keep stir, check the salt if necessary then add more and keep stir, add more water if needed. Last, of all add chopped coriander leaves and give it a good mix when done turn off the flame.
  4. Yummy tasty pithale is ready for lunch, serve with hot rice.
