  5. Prepare 1 tsp udad dal / black lentil
  6. Prepare 1 tsp jeera / cumin
  7. Make ready 1 tsp mustard
  8. Take 1 tsp Hing / asfoetida
  9. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  10. Make ready 8-10 Curry leaves
  11. Take 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  12. Get as per taste Salt

  1. Heat a pan add gram dal & udad dal first when turns pink add jeera & mustard.when starts cracking add curry leaves,green chilli &hing.immediately add little curd and mix well
  2. Now add cooked rice,salt and half of the chopped coriander and curd & mix properly
  3. Cook For a while.Easy digestible and tasty curd rise is ready to serve hot
