  2. Prepare 1/2 cup besan

  1. Take a bowl add curd and besan, red chilli powder, salt according to taste, turmeric powder, saute it.put a side
  2. Take another bowl and mash boiled potato.now put pan on stove and add oil,when oil becomes hot then add mustard seed, cumin seed, garlic and ginger paste saute for while and then add curry leaves,then add - turmeric powder,Red chilli, salt according to taste, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves and at last add mashed potatoes,prasth and carrot and mix well.
  3. Curd_chutny : take curd, black salt,one spoon sugar,mix well. Take a tadka pan,add oil, when oil becomes hot add mustard seed, very leaves, turmeric powder and add the prepared tadka to curd and it's ready to serve.
  4. Take appe stand and Grease it with oil, and make balls of mashed potatoes, add half spoon of besan in apps stand, put balls of Portland add besan again to make it stuffed appe. Grease them with oil and cook them on medium flame until prepared.prepare all appe as followed. When prepared serve it with yummy chunti. Ready to serve.
