  1. Wash and cut the drumsticks in to 3 inch pieces using a kitchen knife.
  2. Boil 1/2 cup water in a pressure cooker and cook these drumsticks for 1 whistle. Do not throw away the water that was used to boil the drumsticks because it is full of vital nutrients and acts as a stock for the recipe
  3. Prepare a batter of curd and besan of medium consistensy. Add spices like turmeric,dhanya jeera,red chilli powder and salt and mix well using a beater so that there are no lumps.
  4. In a kadhai heat oil and make a tampering of mustard seeds. Now add curry leaves,chopped ginger and green chilli
  5. Now add the curd and flour batter
  6. Next add the boiled drumsticks along with the water that was used to boil it.
  7. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Serve when hot with chapati or bhakhri
