  1. Get 2 glass lassi(curd)
  2. Get 2 spoon chickpea flour(besan)
  3. Prepare 1 chopped onion

  6. Take 1 tbsp garlic paste
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Take 1 tbsp rai
  9. Get 1 tbsp cumin

  12. Take 4 spoon oil
  13. Prepare Coriander for garnish

  5. After put into raai and jeera after that put into green chilli…and garlic paste mix well…
  6. When it is in brown colour…put into onion and potato…heat it…
  7. If that it is in brown colour put into all ingredients like salt,garam masala,turmeric powder…
  8. After that put into a mixture of besan and curd…heat properly in 2-3 min…
  9. After that decorated with coriander leaves and serve it
  10. If u want it taste is more yummy put 1 pkt. (5 rs.)maggi masala…

Instructions Take a mixer bowl, put curd, add besan, haldi and salt. Mix well.then on gas put kadai add small amount if oil.pour jeera, rai, hari mirch, curry patta, after that.when they were roasted deeply, add curd mixture.then add daniya.
