Easy Curd Curry is unique and tasty with thick creamy curd blended with aromatic ingredients. Preparation of the dish varies state wise in Kerala.

The ingredients needed to make Curd curry:
  1. Prepare 1 cup curd
  2. Prepare 3-4 cups water
  3. Make ready 2-4 tsp Besan
  4. Make ready 8-10 curry leaves
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seads & Cumin seeds
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Hing
  7. Take 1 tsp Turmeric (haldi)
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Make ready 2 Oil for tadka
  10. Take 5-6 garlic cloves
  11. Get 2 green chillies

It is tangy and mildly spiced. Mix the salt and sugar into the curd Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds Now sauté the curry leaves and chopped shallots Add this tempering into the curd mix Heat the coconut oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds. Make sure the curd curry does not boils. Take out the seeds and then cut it into small cubes.

Instructions to make Curd curry:
  1. Take a curd bowl add besan,salt, turmeric, garlic green chilli paste and water mix well make a thin batter.
  2. Batter Shift in another utensil. Add curry leaves, salt. On fast flame boil it for 8-10 mins. Lastly, give Tadka of mustard & cumin seeds with hing & curry leaves.
  3. Finally done. 👌AWESOME CURD CURRY❤SERVE WITH ONION BHAJI(pakoda).

Make sure the curd curry does not boils. Take out the seeds and then cut it into small cubes. Adding curd to the chicken curry didn't give any unpleasant flavor to the curry. Instead, it was a creamy and thick curry which we liked. Whisk curd with water and keep aside.
