  1. Take a pan add oil, add cumin seeds and onion stir fry well and add Mutton and stir fry then add garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt and red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder and stir fry and pressure cook it for 4 whistles in low flame.
  2. Blend it in the mixer jar add curd and besan and some water and to put in pan then add 2 glasses of water and add salt, turmeric powder and cook it now keep stirring until this batter becomes thick and then add mutton mix well and cook add coriander leaves and grind the garam masalas.
  3. Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil add cumin seeds curry leaves and add Mutton curry and it's ready to serve with boil rice.

Mix well and add little water knead a dough just like for rotis. Heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds along with onions and curry leaves. When onions are reddish brown, add ginger and garlic paste along with green chillies, besan and boiled potatoes. Take a separate bowl and add curd and water and whisk it with salt, sugar, turmeric and a pinch of garam masala.
