  1. Boil chicken until tender,usually boil mine with ginger.
  2. In another pan heat oil,add onions and fry till golden brown
  3. Add garlic and fry for one minute
  4. Add spices,mix well and cook,make sure not to burn the spices.
  5. Add tomato paste,salt and stir,cook for about two minutes and add chicken broth.
  6. Add cooking cream and cook for one minute then add coconut cream stir well and cook for another one minute too.
  7. Add chicken and give it a good mix,cover and let it simmer on low heat for ten to fifteen minutes.
  8. Put of the heat and garnish with coriander.
  9. Serve and enjoy.enjoyed mine with rice and salad
