Deglaze the skillet with the marsala wine then add chicken stock and thyme leaves. Turn the heat down to medium-low and let the sauce simmer and reduce for several minutes.   4. The Black Beans are already cooked so you only add them at the end, along with the mixed vegetables
  5. And, once the flavours are mixed together, the meal is ready for consumption. Serve with tastic rice or basmati rice
