Suji (semolina) Dhokla is a soft, spongy and tasty suji snack and is easy to make at home. It is usually served as a morning breakfast or evening snack with pudina or tamarind chutney.   2. After one hour take a cake tin greased with oil take a suji batter add eno fruit salt mix and batter pour in cake tin and steam in steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.
  3. After steam take a wok add oil mustard seeds crackel then add hing,curry leaves,dhania,sugar add water then boil add lemon juice.
  4. Take a dhokla cut in pcs garnish tempering serve with chillies.
