  2. Better ready ho gaya he ab Aap chaho to baking pinch of baking soda add kar sakte he ab kadai garam karne rakhde vade utarne ke liye
  3. Ek cotton patale kapade ko paniwala kijiye uspe ek vada ka thoda better leke paniwale haath se set karein or middle me round banaye
  4. Kadai me oil garam ho gaya ho to pani wala haath karke vade ko kapade se alag karke garam oil me deep fry karein golden brown hone tak
  5. Aise ek ek karke sare vade deep fry karle
  6. Tuvar daal or veg ko wash karke 1-1/2 glass water add karke saath me sambhar masala powder turmeric powder or salt add karke boil karein boil karne ke baad hand blender se sari daal sabji blend karde
  7. Ek kadai me 2tsp.oil.add karein oil garam ho jaye to hing add karke lal sukhi mirch add karake saute or tomato puree add karein
  8. Tomato puree achhe se bhun jaye tab sambhar masala powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder add karke achhe se saute or boil veg daal add kake swad anusar salt add karein or 15min slow gas pe pakane de

  10. Coconut chutney ke liye sari chize mixi bowl me bharle Or blend karde
  11. Blend hone ke baad curd add karein or Lemon juice or salt bhi ab fir se mixi me blend karde chutney paste ko

  13. Chutney pe 1/2tsp oil garam karke rai or curry patte ka chouk lagaye
