  4. After 5 whistles let the cooker cool down and after it cools down open the lid and whisk the Dal with churner and keep it aside.
  5. Take a pan add 2 tspn of oil once the oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds,urad Dal then add dried red chilli,curry leaves, Hing then pour the Dal in the pan and cook it at shimmer for 2 min then add coriander and mix it.Your Andhra style Jain papu is ready.
