  3. Now on the other side I cleaned chopped palak and added in boiled water then put in cold normal water so the colour of palak should not change and grind it not very nicely and add in tomato masala and saute well with adding 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Saute well palak and add cheese cubes again saute till cheese melts, add in chana masala before you check it it is done or not other wise again give 2-3 whistles by adding hot water as needed. Mix well and adjust the gravy after adding palak with masalas give one whistle to cook and mix all well in the chole.
  5. Serve with roti naan bhature, and Parantha and enjoy with family and friends.
