The ingredients needed to make Dal soup:
  1. Take 1 cup yellow moong dal
  2. Get 1 green chilli
  3. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Get handful of coriander
  6. Take 1/2 tablespoon oil
  7. Take 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  8. Make ready Pinch seeds
  9. Prepare as needed Water

Incorporate coconut milk into dal and reheat. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and lemon juice if desired. So many different Indian foods are made with lentils. From kichidi (simple rice and lentils) to soups, flat breads and even some Maggie noodles (think Ramen noodles).

Instructions to make Dal soup:
  1. Wash dal with water 3 to 4 times. Than soak it in water for 10 mins than rinse the water and add drinking water
  2. Now take one cooker.add dal, water, salt, turmeric powder and finely chopped green chilli. Close the lid and whistle it
  3. After dal boiled wrisk it with wrisker and add coriander.
  4. Now add tadka in dal. Take one small pan add oil.
  5. After oil heated add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle add pinch of hing. Add tadka to dal. And mix well.
  6. Dal soup is ready to serve
