  10. Prepare 2 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  11. Prepare 1 cup mustard oil
  12. Prepare 3-4 cup Water

Then tomato is added and cooked till done. Chunky shallowed fried onion is added along with the meat, chicken, paneer, fish, vegetables. In the rest of the oil fry the sliced onion till they are transparent, add the ginger garlic paste and vinegar and fry. Fish Do Pyaza is a delectable dish cooked with Onions and Fish.

Instructions to make Onion fish curry or fish pyaza:
  1. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder,salt and lime juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan.
  3. Fry fish until they turn brown in colour.
  4. Now remove with a slotted spoon and keep aside.
  5. Now in the same pan add little more oil and heat it.
  6. Now add kolojeera/kalenjee (onion seeds) and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add chopped onion, Saute until translucent.
  8. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,ginger, garlic green chillies.
  9. Fry until light brown in colour.
  10. Add salt and mix it properly.
  11. Now add hot water in that pan. Stair and simmer for 7 min.
  12. Now add fried fish. And stair well. Let it boil with cover for 10 minutes or until fish is tender and the gravy is thick.
  13. Serve with white rice.

I personally enjoy the dish with plain Basmati rice, but you can serve the dish with other kinds of rice dishes based on your preference. Some of my suggestions would be, jeera rice, Basanti pulao, peas pulao or vegetable pulao. Now take it in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
