  18. Get 1/2 cup curd
  19. Get 1 lemon juice

  22. Prepare 2-3 tomato paste
  23. Take 6-7 garlic cloves
  24. Take 1-2 green chilli
  25. Make ready 1 tsp urad daal
  26. Make ready 1 inch ginger piece
  27. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  28. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  29. Prepare to taste Salt.,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry dhaniya powder

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Drizzle olive oil, then balsamic vinegar over the tops, and season with salt and pepper.   1. For green dip : mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar and churn them to make a smoooth paste. Add 1 lemon juice in the end. Green dip is ready
  2. For coconut dip : heat a pan add oil and sauté Chana daal and urad daal roast it for 2-:3 minutes. Take a mixer jar add coconut. Roasted daals, curd green chilli, dry masalas and churn well. Make a smoooth paste. Now take a pan heat oil and splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds with dried red chillies. Pour this tadka on coconut chutney. White dip is also ready. Serve it with idli or Dosa
  3. For orange dip: roast daal in hot oil and then mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar and churn them to make a fine paste. Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds in hot oil. Add curry patta and pour this on chutney and mix well. Orange dip is also ready
