Making of Dhokla Pour water in the steamer and switch the steamer on. Grease a bowl in which you are going to prepare the dhokla.   3. Now divide the batter in 3 portions. In one mix 3 drops of orange colour and in another green colour and mix In all three portions add 2 pinch of eno respectively
  4. Take a kardai heat 1 glass water and take a greased thali add orange colour and tap it. now steam it for 5 minutes then add white coloured batter Again steam for 5 minutes then last add green colour and steam 20 minutes. now demould and cut in desire shape
  5. Tardka : Take a pan heat oil add rai, kadi patta, pinch hing and slitted chillies saute it and pour this tardka on dhokla evenly… enjoy with imli chutney
