  17. Get 1/4 Zeera

Instructions to make Khati daal:
  1. Dono daalo ko aik ghanta soak karnay ke baad dakchi main dal dain
  2. Phir is main salt red chilli haldi dar cheni ginger garlic paste add karein or boil honay rakh dain
  3. 30 minute ke liay dak kar rakh dain phir is ko achi trha mash kar dain
  4. Phir is main imli ka goda or chopped tomato add karin or 8 se 10 minute rakh dain
  5. Phir 8 se 10 minute ke baad hara dhaniya or hari mirch add kar dain
  6. Tarkay ke liay pan main oil add karein is main garlic cloves sabat lal mirch zeera teez pata add karein
  7. Sub add karnay ke baad is ko light brown kar lain or daal per tarkka laga dain phir serve karein
