  1. Baisan ko achi trah chaan lain. Iss mein namak cheeni haldi food colour taatri aur oil mila dein. Thoray pani ke sath mix karein yahan tak achay sey smooth hojaye. batter zyada thick ya zyada patla nahin ho.
  2. Baisan mein chop hara dhania aur chop adrak aur chop hari mirchein mila dein. Mix karein aur cover kar ke rakh dein for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Steamer layn ya phir bara pateela layn, uss mein koi dish stand rakh dein. Dhokla batter ke mould ko grease karlein achi tarah. Pateelay ke andar half water fill karein aur garam honay rakh dain.
  4. 10-15 minutes ke baad batter ka bowl layn aur aik dafa dubara mix karein phir baking soda ko doodh mein mila kar mix karein. Yeh fauran phool jayega yani swell hojayega. Isko mould mein fauran daaldein aur pateelay mein rakh dain.
  5. Dhak dein pateelay ko. Pateelay ke andar ka pani mould ke adhay hissay tak hona chahiye. Medium heat par 15-20 mins cook karein phir flame low kardein aur 30-40 mins pakayein.
  6. Mould ki sides se dhokla hattna shuru hojayega. Toothpick daal kar check karlein ke pakka gaya hai toothpick saaf nikalni chahiye. Heat band kar dein aur 10 mins rest dein.
  7. Tarka tayyar karlein. oil garam kar ke rai dana curry patta hari mirchein aur sugar salt lemon juice daal kar fry karein.
  8. Dhokla dish out karlein. Uppar sey tarka daalein aur serve karein.
