Coriander Coconut Chutney is an awesome accompaniment to your favorite snacks. You want a nice light golden color of the outside but make sure you don't burn it.   1. Take a mixi glass add coconut,corianderleaves, green chilli, salt, garlic and roasted chana grind it make a smooth paste add little water to make smooth paste
  2. Then tempered take a pan add oil when oil get heat then add mustard seed,red mirch and curry leaves
  3. Then pour the tempring in a smooth paste
  4. Enjoy with dosa, uttapam, idli and mendu wada

Take coconut, coriander, roasted chana dal, ginger and green chilies in a blender with very little water. Make smooth paste out of it. NOTE: If using frozen coconut like me then first defrost it.
