  2. Take 1 cup chopped oranges

  7. Take 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves

  17. Get 1 tsp urad daal
  18. Take As per taste Salt

Close with a lid & rest for sometime for the orange flavor to infuse. Dry roast ingredients mentioned and once cooled, grind to powder. Grate and take a teaspoon (approx.) of orange zest & extract juice from the orange, keep aside. To begin making the Oatmeal Pancake Recipe with Orange, combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large mixing bowl.

Instructions to make Oats and orange rasam:
  1. Blend 1 cup chopped oranges, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 1 green chilli, 4-5 curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, 1/2 tsp orange zest and 5-6 black peppercorns in a mixer jar. Keep it aside
  2. Melt 2 tbsp homemade ghee in a pan. Add 1 tsp urad daal and mix.
  3. Then add the blended paste, 1 cup oats powder, 1 bowl vegetable stock, 2 bowls of water and remove all the lumps.
  4. Add 1 tsp tamarind pulp, salt as per taste, cover and let it simmer. Once done serve hot.

Grate and take a teaspoon (approx.) of orange zest & extract juice from the orange, keep aside. To begin making the Oatmeal Pancake Recipe with Orange, combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well until fluffy and well combined. The consistency of the pancake batter has to be of thick pouring consistency. Rasam is a must have in any South Indian household.
