  2. Slice onions, curry leaves, green chilli, coriander leaves, boil potatoes.
  3. Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add onions, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt.
  4. Once the onion becomes brown add mashed potatoes into it. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, mix it well, squeeze lemon. Mix it. Let it cool.
  5. Make the potato curry into ball shape. Put it in the dough. Close it. Make it into chapathi shape.
  6. Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats add oil, put paratha into it, again add oil on the top. Flip it aside.
  7. Once it completely cooked take it into a bowl and serve hot.
