  1. Soak semolina in curd and water making a smooth batter and adding salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder for half an hour
  2. Add finely chopped cashews, green chillies and coriander leaves
  3. Now add 1 teaspoon of the oil and baking soda and some of the oil use in greasing the idli mould
  4. Now pour the batter in idli mould and steam for 20 minutes
  5. Now remove from idli stand
  6. Now make tadka by heating oil and add mustard seeds Curry leaves and chopped cashews
  7. Add this on idlis and serve
