The ingredients needed to make Idli sambar:

  2. Make ready 2 cup idli rice

Instructions to make Idli sambar:
  1. For sambar- Take a bowl add oil add sarso,curry leaves,salt,chilli powder and sambar masala cook well than add dal and cook it for 20 minutes or till dal cook well add more water if required.
  2. For idli-soaked rice for whole night than next day add little water grind it add little salt rest it for 10-15 minutes than last add baking soda and steam the idli's in steamer in medium to high flame than serve both hot in platter
