  2. Serve it withTake oil in pan and add rai and curry leaves to it. As it crackles, add sliced onion.
  3. Cut the idli in to 2 halves and add in the tadka.
  4. Saute well and carefully so that soft idlis don't get spoiled.
  5. Serve it hot with nariyal chutney.
