  1. Take Idli and cut into long pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Keep the heat high. Now add Idli pieces to the hot oil. Fry it until Brown. Take Idli out and put it on a kitchen towel to drain.
  3. Take one pan and add one tablespoon oil. Heat on medium heat. Now add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, add hing and curry leaves. Now add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.
