The ingredients needed to make Schezwan idli:
  1. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  2. Get 1 string Curry leaves
  3. Take 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  4. Get 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. Take 2 green chillies
  6. Make ready 2 tsp oil
  7. Prepare 2 leftover idli cutted vertically
  8. Get 2 tsp Schezwan sauce

Cook on a low to medium flame. Cut the Idli into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle Corn flour, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Heat one tbsp oil and roast them to a crisp.

Steps to make Schezwan idli:
  1. Take a pan add oil. Let the oil get hot then add cumin seed in it. Then add onion, capsicum and green chillies to it. Cook it in a medium flame for 2-3 min.
  2. Then add 2 tbs Schezwan sauce. No need to add salt bcz the sauce is having salt. then mix it well.
  3. Then add your idli to it and mix it well that idlis are coated with the sauce. Serve it hot

Sprinkle Corn flour, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Heat one tbsp oil and roast them to a crisp. Slice the onion and spring onions along with the leaves. Now take those out and add oil to same pan. Now add schezwan sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and salt to it and mix well.
