  1. Cut the idlis in perfect shapes.
  2. Add little amout of water with rice,wheat, groundnut flours and add a pinch of salt. For taste (in the sate as baaji mix).
  3. Mix the idli pieces in the flour mixer and marinate for 7 mins.
  4. Then fry those pieces in oil (to have crispy please deep fry).
  5. Heat the pan pour oil, then fry the onion (fry till onion turns golden colour), then put tomato and curry leaves.
  6. Put the chilli, garam and curry masala, then add 10 teaspoons of water.
  7. After 3 mins pour soya and schezwan sauce and mix the gravy.
  8. Now put the fried itly pieces and toss gently but making stove in sim.
  9. In 2 mins kids favourite schezwan fried idlis is ready.
