  2. Take 1/4 Cup Rice

Grind whole moong with very little water to a fine paste. Insert a toothpick or knife in the center to check whether the rice and moong dal idlis have cooked. Drain and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using little water. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the carrots, spring onion whites and greens and salt and mix well.

  1. Take 1 Cup of Green Grams and 1/4 Cup of Rice and soak it in Water for 2 Hours
  2. Then take them out Without Water and Add Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper and Curry Leaves and Grind them well
  3. Then Add a Bit of Ginger to it and Grind well
  4. Then Mix them into a Better Consistency and then Pour it in idly Plates and let it Boil for 10 Minutes. Then, our Nutritious Green Grams idly are Ready to Serve Now!
