The ingredients needed to make Mini sooji idlis:
  1. Make ready 1 cup sooji
  2. Get 1/2 cup curd
  3. Take to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  5. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp curry leaves
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp eno

It's not just healthy and irresistible but also very easy to prepare too. Now a days there are few ready-made instant rava idly packs available in market which just required adding some water and steaming. Mix it well using a spoon. Now add citric acid this is optional- if curd is sour enough, don't add this, salt and oil into the same mixture of sooji and curd.

Steps to make Mini sooji idlis:
  1. Take a bowl add suji, curd, salt, warer and prepare a thick batter. Let it redt for 30 mins
  2. Then after 30 mins add eno and mix well
  3. Steam the mini idlis for 10 minutes
  4. Then demould the idlis and let them cool slightly
  5. Then take a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and saute for a minute or two
  6. Then add the preapred idlis and stir well. Cook for 3to 4 minutes on medium flame
  7. Serve hot with chutney

Mix it well using a spoon. Now add citric acid this is optional- if curd is sour enough, don't add this, salt and oil into the same mixture of sooji and curd. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add onions and saute till brown. Add the carrots and capsicum and stir fry.
